If its a company logo, eye catcher to emphasise on price,
graphic elements, or drawed description of usage -
all this is usually shown in a combination of lines and surfaces.
I am pissed of with the ........ .. !!!
This page showed till 2004, illustrations that i made
as a contractor in the year 2001 for an apprentiece scholar book
about lenses & glasses production materials for a big & well known company.
Unfortunately this company has advised me to take my illustrations off the site
(such nice and often accomplimented drawings)
with the remark about their mental property (no one ever questioned...)
and the description of an extremly nervous lawyers bunch.
Somehow i must have sensed this in advance
because i bought new glasses in spring 2004
at the small optician around my corner,
who happens to be a free optician
with no producer or mass chain attached.
So i dont regret anything, except
putting too much patience into those drawings then,
sometimes i wonder about correct writing,
and i advice you to buy at my local optician around the corner (so friendly)
as well as i advice you to get your gas at a free station around the corner too.
I feel better now.
Honestly i would love to continue, that this nice company
will use my work till the end of glasses & lenses
but cant have it that i show where i have put my sweat & blood...
its not worth getting exited about it -
but makes you wonder if "our" economy still can be helped or not ???
Well, talking about it:
Analog drawings can be converted or digitalized into paths or pixels.
Send a sample - describe usage and print technice
and I can do a sample-illustration and calculate a price for you.
Laborous and complex drawings will usually be used more often or repeated
Repetitions like adaptions shall also be my next topic: adaptions
